Special Interest Groups
Special Interest Groups, more commonly known as SIGs, are smaller organizations or interest groups focused on certain topics. GTACM handles much of the organizational overhead so that these groups can do what they’re interested in without needing to handle the bureaucracy.
SIGgame
SIGgame is a special interest group organized under the GTACM umbrella that is focused on all things related to games and gaming. SIGgame founded GT GameFest and has a successful Starcraft team that competes in organized intercollegiate competitions. SIGgame is also working on a game to be submitted to the 2010 Independent Games Festival (IGF).

TechTopics
Formerly GTACM Options Classes, the TechTopics program is a new and innovative program brought to you by GTACM. The idea is that we’ll get students, faculty, and corporate partners to come and teach topics that Tech students don’t get or get enough of in their traditional coursework. While the standard computer science curriculum aims to teach students lasting core skills about programming, TechTopics is trying to fill the short-term gap of technologies.
We hope to cover…

Mobile Development such as for iPhone, WebOS (Palm), Android, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry
